Large dog names

Every dog, as every human, has a very distinct personality. Defying all common belief, there was a study back in 2013, conducted by researcher Paul D. McGreevy in Sydney, which revealed small dog breeds are significantly more problematic than the bigger ones, taking to account the height, head shape and weight. So, if you own a small dog, try picking a naughty, fun, name (without being disrespectful).

How Choose large dog names

So, not only you have to consider the dog’s personality and your own but the actual size of your dog matters. You could also try with Chico, which means “small” in Spanish. It’s a sweet name. Is your dog hairy and smart? Stop thinking. Call him Einstein. Did you want a cat but ended up adopting a dog? Call him Cato. A weird-cool combination of Cat and Gato (Spanish for “cat”).
